Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, username, and profile preferences.
• Game data: rooms you join, progress, scores, teams, and in-game messages.
• Precise location, only while a feature that needs it is in use during play.
• Photo or video evidence you upload for a task, and the review result.
• Device, notification token, error, and security logs.
• Purchase email, product, amount, and transaction reference. Card numbers never reach FableHunter servers.

Why we use it

• To open your account and manage your session and game room.
• To verify location- and camera-based tasks.
• To run payment, delivery, support, and abuse prevention.
• To send game notifications when you opt in.
• To fix errors, keep the service secure, and improve the product.

Service providers

Data may be shared with hosting, email, payment (Stripe), notification (Firebase), error-tracking, and task-verification providers only when needed for that function. Those providers process data under their own contracts and privacy terms. We do not sell data for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Precise location history is used while a game is running; location records and pending media tasks tied to you are removed when the account is deleted. Account deletion erases or irreversibly anonymises profile, device, notification, and personal game data. Transaction records needed for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal duties may be kept for the applicable period. De-identified statistics from completed games may be kept for game integrity.

Deleting your account and your rights

In the mobile app, go to Profile → Account and Privacy → Delete my account. If you cannot open the app, send a request from the account deletion page. For access, correction, or objection requests, write to hello@fablehunter.com.

Security

We use HTTPS in transit, one-way hashing for passwords, access controls, and limited admin privileges. No system is guaranteed perfectly secure; contact us if something looks wrong.
