Account and use

• You must keep your details accurate and must not share your session with others.
• If you are under 18, you may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.
• You are responsible for respecting traffic rules, private property, the environment, and people around you.
• Cheating, unauthorised access, harassment, and conduct that ruins other players’ experience is not allowed.

Digital delivery and game access

When the payment provider confirms the transaction, a room with the purchased player capacity and a join code are shown on screen and sent to the email you provided. If payment succeeds but the code does not arrive, contact the support team using the same email.

Price, payment, and corporate events

The final amount charged is shown before payment and is recalculated on the server from the game price and player count. Card payments run through the payment provider. Corporate events are not part of the public checkout; they proceed under a separate quote and contract.

Cancellation, refunds, and service issues

You can send a cancellation or refund request to hello@fablehunter.com with your order email and game name. Requests are assessed in light of whether digital access has started, whether the service has been used, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Safety and external conditions

Routes are played in the real world. Stay aware of your surroundings; do not use the app while driving, in hazardous areas, on closed property, or in unsafe conditions. Weather, access restrictions, or third-party outages may affect the experience.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from the app or from the account deletion page. We may suspend access in cases of serious abuse or a security breach.
